Order processing
Once the orders have been processed and the kit has been produced, we will check the quality of the kit before processing individual orders. Orders received will be sent to production and your item will be produced.

Once produced, your order will be shipped approximately 45 days after the closing date of the Store.

Returns / Exchanges / Refunds
Due to the nature of custom kit we do not accept returns or size exchanges unless there is a manufacturing fault. In this case we will repair the item if possible or offer a replacement or refund.
