It is constructed in a 3-layer fabric with the ultra-compact and highly breathable EVENT DW STORM membrane, which is soft to the point of being virtually rustle-free. With fully welded seams, an overall DWR treatment, and an anatomical construction featuring stretch panels, this jacket blocks out the elements entirely to provide exceptional protection in inclement weather.
