With just a few clicks, any athlete can order or reorder the kits they need and have them delivered straight to their door, without the need for bulk orders or complicated administrative procedures on the part of the team manager.

A simple, step-by-step guide explaining how to access your Club Store and purchase your kit.

How the Alé Club Store works

  • 1. Choosing your kit and artwork
    Select the items to include in your shop. Provide your club’s graphics and colours

  • 2. Creating your online store
    Our team will create a dedicated, password-protected section for your team on the Alé Club Store.

  • 3. Order window
    Set the duration of the order window for the kits according to your needs.

  • 4. Production and quality control
    Once the store has closed,
    production of the kits begins (6–8 weeks)

  • 5. Direct delivery
    Individual orders are packed and then shipped directly to your home.

  • 6. After-sales service
    Our Customer Service team is at your disposal. No returns,
    only replacements in the event of defects.

Custom orders cannot be modified after confirmation. If the Club Store is still open, you can cancel or modify your order by contacting alecustom@apgcycling.com. If the Store is closed, you will need to contact the Team President or our customer service department at the following email address: alecustom@apgcycling.com. Please note: if your order is already in production, modifications will no longer be possible.

Once the Club Store order window has closed, all orders received will be sent to production. After the kit has been produced, we will check its quality before proceeding with the processing of individual orders. Orders will be shipped approximately 45 days after the Store closes. For further updates on delivery times, please contact your Team President or our customer service department at alecustom@apgcycling.com.

If you find any defects/problems with your personalised kit, please contact your Team President directly or write to alecustom@apgcycling.com. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you and handle your request as quickly as possible.

Due to the customised nature of the kit, returns or exchanges are not possible, except in the case of manufacturing defects. In such cases, we will consider repair, replacement or refund. For further questions, please contact your Team President or our customer service at alecustom@apgcycling.com.

Once orders have been processed and the kit has been produced, we will check the quality of the kit before processing individual orders. Your order will be shipped approximately 45 days after the Store closing date.
