Information on deliveries and response times
From 8 to 23 August, there will be a temporary change to the processing times for some of our services.
Below you will find all the information regarding deliveries,
enquiries and customer support
E-commerce orders
Our online shop will remain open and orders can be placed as normal.
However, deliveries may be subject to slight delays compared to our usual delivery times. We will do our utmost to process all orders as quickly as possible.
Return requests
The returns portal, which can be found in the ‘Returns and Cancellations’ section, will be closed from 8 to 23 August.
Enquiries
Enquiries sent via customer care and by email between 8 and 23 August will be processed more slowly than usual and will be dealt with in the order in which they are received.
