Custom orders cannot be modified after confirmation. If the Club Store is still open, you can cancel or modify your order by contacting alecustom@apgcycling.com. If the Store is closed, you will need to contact the Team President or our customer service department at the following email address: alecustom@apgcycling.com. Once the Club Store order window has closed, all orders received will be sent to production. After the kit has been produced, we will check its quality before proceeding with the processing of individual orders. Orders will be shipped approximately 45 days after the Store closes. If you find any defects/problems with your personalised kit, please contact your Team President directly or write to alecustom@apgcycling.com. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you and handle your request as quickly as possible.
