SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
A. DELIVERY: TIMING AND LOCATION
Our Company ships the products from Monday to Friday and within a maximum of 5 * working days from receipt of the order. We do not ship on specific holidays.
Shipments are made via one of the following couriers: UPS, GLS or DHL and at the costs referred to in the following paragraph Shipping costs. Shipments are made exclusively within the borders of Europe. Orders with a different destination cannot be concluded.
B. STAGGERED DELIVERIES
Where possible, our Company delivers all the items ordered in a single solution. Our Company reserves the right to split the delivery of the order, for example if some items in the order were unavailable or production was delayed. In the event of staggered deliveries, our Company will inform the user by email to the email address provided by the user when sending the order. No additional delivery costs will be charged.
C. CHECK UPON DELIVERY
Upon delivery, it is recommended to check the integrity of the packaging. If the products are damaged, please do not accept the delivery.
D. SHIPPING COSTS
- For shipments to Italy and the European Union:
In case of purchases for an amount greater than the minimum value of € 100.00 established for the country of destination, the user will be entitled to FREE "standard" delivery.
For orders below this amount, the shipping cost amounts to € 6.00 including VAT
- For countries outside the European Union:
In case of purchases for an amount greater than the minimum value of € 200.00 established for the country of destination, the user will be entitled to FREE "standard" delivery.
For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is € 20.00
Any customs duties are charged to the customer.
