RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
A. CANCELLATION OF ORDER BEFORE DELIVERY
You may cancel any order without incurring in any costs and without giving us any reason, provided it has not been shipped yet. We begin processing orders placed at our online store almost immediately.
However, the user can require the cancellation of the order through the dedicated form or by contacting our customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org).
If your cancellation request is successful you will receive an e-mail and the cancellation will be free of charge. If cancellation is not possible, the products will be delivered to you and you may return them according to the procedure set out below.
B. RETURNING ORDERS AFTER DELIVERY – DEFECTIVES
You are entitled to return products delivered to you in the event that they are defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order when you received them. You can do so within 30 days from the moment the defect is noticed and, in any case, within 2 years.
In the event your claim is justified, we will refund the purchase price and the possible freight costs. For practical information on how to return, please contact our customer service (email@example.com).
C. EXERCISING YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If for whatever reason you are not happy with the products you ordered, you may return them at your expenses within 14 calendar days after the products is delivered, without giving us any reasons, provided that:
- Products are unwashed and not used in any way (you are allowed to try the garments on for fit, unless we have indicated otherwise, but you cannot wear them)
- Products have not been tampered with
- Products are complete with their original and intact packaging
- For safety and hygiene reasons, the personal protective masks Alé are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.
We reserve the right to hold the reimbursement until we receive the products back or until the consumer has provided proof that they have shipped the products back. The reimbursement will include the cost of the product/s and the freight costs if they were applied.
D. PRODUCT EXCHANGE
Product exchanges are currently not possible but you have the option to return the products you ordered as indicated on foregoing articles B and C. In order to get another product in a different color or size you will have to place a new order on the Website.
E. REFUND INFORMATION
Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. You will receive the reimbursement after you have returned the products and provided the procedure has been completed.
In the event you return goods for reasons other than defectiveness or non-conformity with your order, you’ll need to pay for the return shipment.
