Orders and Purchases on the website

A. Requirements to purchase - order

To place an order on the Website the user must:

  1. be of the minimum age required by law and, in any case, not less than 16 years old
  2. be a consumer, not a retailer

B. Ordering procedure

To place an order you need an email address and it may be necessary to set your browser to accept (functional) cookies in order to access all the features of the Website which include adding the purchased items to your shopping cart and completing the purchase procedure.

Placing an order through the Website is very simple.

  1. Choosing the product to buy
  2. Adding the product to the cart.
  3. Possible addition to the cart of other products selected from those available
  4. Going to the checkout.
  5. Select delivery methods and billing options.
  6. Order verification.
  7. Sending the order
  8. Receiving online order confirmation.

The order becomes binding by pressing the Pay Now button at the end of the order process. By clicking on the button Pay Now the user places the order, thus committing to pay the amount indicated on the final checkout screen. Upon receipt of the order, an order confirmation will be automatically generated and displayed on the Website; the confirmation contains the order number and a summary of the products purchased. The purchase contract has thus been perfected.

A copy of the automatic order confirmation as well as any subsequent order changes made by you and accepted by our Company will be sent to your email address. You are advised to print or download this copy for future reference.

C. Company's right not to accept orders or cancel purchases

The fulfillment of all orders placed through the Website is subject to item availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company expressly reserves the right not to accept orders from users or to terminate the purchase contract after sending the automatic order confirmation in the following cases, reported by way of example but not limited to, without being required to provide any compensation or reimbursement of costs:

  1. the product is not available / not in stock (payments received will be refunded);
  2. the billing information provided by you is incorrect or unverifiable;
  3. the order is identified by our security systems as an unusual or potentially fraudulent order;
  4. the order was transmitted by the user with an automatic program or system, such as BOT, SCRIPT or any other means that uses a similar mechanism;
  5. there are reasons to believe that the user does not have the minimum age required under applicable legislation;
  6. there are reasons to believe that the user is a reseller;
  7. in case of an error in the declared price;
  8. in case of impossibility of delivery to the address provided by the user;
  9. in case of errors in the texts, in the price list or other errors or inaccuracies in the information reported on the Website.

E. Data control

Our Company may carry out certain checks before processing orders submitted by the user. These checks include checking the address, the data provided and any fraudulent activity. With regard to this last type of check, partially automated checks are carried out to detect suspicious or unusual transactions or transactions that may be fraudulent. Suspected fraud on the site will be investigated and possibly prosecuted according to the law.
