Shipping and delivery

A. Delivery: timing and place

Our Company ships products from Monday to Friday and within a maximum of 6* working days from receipt of the order. We do not ship on specific holidays.
Shipments are made via one of the following couriers: FEDEX, GLS or DHL and at the costs indicated in the following paragraph Shipping Costs :


EUROPE
Mainland Italy and Islands: Delivery 1 to 3 working days
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic (Czechia), Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece (Mainland), Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary: Delivery 2 to 5 working days
 Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Vatican City, Faroe Islands, Finland, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Iceland, Isle of Man, Åland Islands, Jersey, Liechtenstein, North Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, San Marino, Serbia, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Ukraine: Delivery 2 to 6 working days

    REST OF THE WORLD
    UK & Switzerland: Delivery 1 to 3 working days
     Norway: Delivery 2 to 5 working days
     Japan, Rest of the world, Singapore, USA: Delivery from 3 at 5 working days


    B. Staggered deliveries

    Where possible our Company will deliver all items ordered in one go. Our Company reserves the right to split delivery of your order, for example if some items in your order are unavailable or production is delayed. In the event of staggered deliveries our Company will inform you by email to the email address you provided when placing your order. You will not be charged for additional delivery costs.

    C. Checks on delivery

    Upon delivery, please check the integrity of the packaging. If the products are damaged, please do not accept delivery. In the event of non-delivery due to refusal of customs duties (local VAT and any duties) required by the importing country, any costs incurred by us for the return of the goods will be deducted from the refund.

    D. Shipping costs

    Any customs duties are the responsibility of the customer:

     Bulgaria, Estonia, Mainland Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden: Shipping costs €10.00 / Free shipping from €100.00

     United Kingdom: The order will be processed only if it reaches the minimum of €170. Shipping is free.
     Rest of the world: Shipping costs € 20.00 / Free shipping from €200.00
