Shipping and delivery
A. Delivery: time and place
Our company ships products from Monday to Friday and within a maximum of 6* working days from receipt of order. We do not ship on specific holidays.
Shipments are made via one of the following couriers: FEDEX, GLS or DHL and at the costs set out in the following paragraph Shipping costs:

Continental Italy and Islands: Delivery 1 to 3 working days
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria , Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Continental Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary: Delivery within 2 to 5 working days

B. Staggered deliveries
Where possible, our company delivers all ordered items in one instalment. Our company reserves the right to stagger the delivery of the order, for example, if certain items on the order are unavailable or production is delayed. In the case of staggered deliveries, our Company will inform you by email to the email address you provided when placing your order. No additional delivery costs shall be charged.
C. Checks on delivery
Upon delivery, it is recommended to check the integrity of the packaging. If the products are damaged, please do not accept the delivery. In the event of non-delivery due to rejection of customs charges (local VAT and possible duties) required by the importing country, any costs incurred by us in returning the goods will be deducted from the refund.
D. Shipping costs
