A. Payment Methods
The payment options available for each country are: credit card / paypal / local payment methods (Bancontact, iDeal). Payment methods other than those indicated are not accepted.
B. Payment Processing
In case of payments by credit/debit card, the amount will be charged to your account as soon as the order leaves the warehouse.
Payments can only be processed if you have verifiable billing information.
Ownership of the product remains with our Company until full payment for the product has been received.
C. Prices and currency
Prices are shown in euros and dollars.
D. Total amount
The total amount varies depending on the geographic area.- In Italy and the EU, the total shown on the final checkout screen includes taxes, duties and shipping costs.
- In the rest of the world, the total shown on the final checkout screen includes shipping costs. Any taxes / duties / customs fees vary from country to country; if present, they will be paid by the recipient and will be requested by the shipper during delivery of the goods.
In both cases, this price is indicated on the order confirmation which we recommend you print or download for any future reference.
E. Refusal of goods
In the event of non-delivery due to refusal of customs duties (local VAT and any duties) required by the importing country, any costs incurred by us for the return of the goods will be deducted from the refund.F. Price variations
The prices of the products are those indicated on the Website. Prices may vary from time to time, but such variations do not affect orders already confirmed.
G. Purchasing a Gift Card
Alé Cycling digital gift cards allow you to purchase all available items. Once the purchase is complete, an email will be sent with a code that allows you to use the gift card at the time of purchase. In the case of a gift, the person who gave the gift card will receive an order confirmation email and an email confirming the code has been sent to the recipient. The recipient will also receive a gift card confirmation email containing the code to use. The credit can be spent on multiple purchases; the remaining credit will be kept for a subsequent purchase. The gift card is valid for 365 days, during which time it can be used at any time. The gift card cannot be converted into cash. Multiple gift cards can be used simultaneously for an order. Alé gift cards can be combined with discount codes.
H. Discount codes
The Newsletter subscription discount code cannot be used for products already discounted.
