Returns and Exchanges

You have 30 days to request a return or exchange of an item.

Return conditions

To be accepted, the product must be in the same condition as when it was purchased: unused, unwashed and with the original label still attached.
In the event of a damaged product or an item received in error, the cost of the return will be borne by APG. During the process, you will need to state the reason for the return.

How to request a return or exchange

To start a return or exchange process, access the portal via the following link:
https://alecycling.com/pages/resi

Enter the order ID (#000000, found in the order confirmation email) and the email address used for the purchase, then follow the instructions on the portal.

Once the process is complete, you will receive an email (please check your spam folder if you do not find it in your inbox) containing:

•    a shipping label, to be attached to the parcel;
•    a returns form, to be placed inside the parcel.
IMPORTANT: Parcels that do not contain the returns form will not be processed.

Refunds

The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, exclusively after receipt of the return and verification of the condition of the returned items.

In the case of an exchange:

• if exchanging for the same product, no refund will be issued;
• if exchanging for a different product of lower value, the difference will be credited to your account;
• if exchanging for a different product of higher value, the difference must be paid.

The terms and conditions of purchase and any discounts applied at the time of the original order remain valid, even if any promotions are no longer active.
